Requires any of the roles:	Forlag, Trivsel, Aula, Skemaprovider, Skemasubscriber, Stamdataprovider, Elevflytning, MueApi

The following routes are available for this service:
GET	/statistik/kommune/portefoeljer	Viser hvor mange elever på argangsniveau, der har mindst én arbejdsopgave tilknyttet sin portefølje.

**GetPortefoeljerForKommuneRequest** Parameters:
Name	Parameter	Data Type	Required	Description
Skoleaar	query	int	No	Angiv start året for skoleåret. Ønsker du 2024/2025 skal du bruge 2024 som input.

**StatistikForKommuneResponse<T>** Parameters:
